Having been established in 2000, the Mobile division is one of the oldest research and development divisions at SISO. Over the years we have helped Samsung develop, commercialize and launch many mobile products and applications across different regional markets.

 

Our engineers provide strong support to extend Samsung’s market leadership with an expansive knowledge of protocols and platforms which are delivered with a sense of urgency.

 

The mobile division at SISO provides software solutions for product launches by focusing on quality and ensuring there are zero market issues in the end product. We have also created many applications and solutions like the “Mobile Tracker” which have been market differentiators for Samsung.

Our important areas of work include Protocols, Applications, Platforms, Commercialization, Solutions, Regional Initiatives and Incubation. At the moment we are focused on enhancing our many areas of work through our multi-disciplinary knowledge, expertise, innovation, user research and collaboration with many internal and external entities.

 

SISO is involved in the development of several features like Organizer, Calendar, Phonebook, Input Language Support, Settings and User Interface. We also have expertise in developing various Multimedia applications like Image Editor, Video Editor, Music/Video Players, Image Searching and Camera/Camcorder applications among many others.

 

The involvement of SISO has not only been in the research and development of these applications but in the complete product life cycle especially in the on-time launch of several phones in the global markets.
