SISO floats an internal cultural society called SAMSKRTI. SAMSKRTI nurtures an environment that would encourage employees to reminisce what they left behind, the environment they grew up in, the culture that helped them grow up as such responsible men and women. The motto of this forum is ´CELEBRATION´, to plant a smile on each individual´s face that reflects the inner feeling of content and happiness. It is a forum to celebrate Indian Culture and Heritage that would help in transforming the ambience in SISO into a much lighter one helping employees balance their lives physically, mentally, intellectually and spiritually.
SAMSKRTI helps employees to groom and showcase their skills in Dramatics & Humor, Music & Dance, Literature & Poetry, and Photography & Painting. It also pioneers festivities in the organization and offer a platform to display one's works of art and skill.
